Peeling an orange is a way to reveal our life. By peeling and unpeeling, the juicy part got exposed. The raw and organic form of the action of peeling orange becomes the statement of restore and review my memories.
The idea of Unpeeling started with one of the artist’s grandma’s after dinner habits - peeling oranges and share them with her family. The act of peeling oranges symbolizes sharing, connecting and healing. Peeling the orange reveal the vulnerable center, and metaphorically this action exposes the artist's desire for promotion sharing.
